FAMILY-CENTERED REGULATORY SERVICES

The Post Institute believes that children heal most effectively in the context of their family.  When working with families, the Post Institute always begins with the parents.  Our reasoning is that parents are the foundation of the family.  If we can strengthen the foundation, provide support, then the family will be stabilized.  Parents are the mostly likely family member to be capable of leading the family on the healing path.  If we can provide parents with the education, growth, and support needed they will lead their family to healing. 

The Post Institute is invested in providing education and training that is focused toward healing families in the most efficient, effective, innovative manner.  For each family the level of need will be different.  We recommend services in the following order:

1. If you are just looking into the Post Institute we recommend you check us out.  Before investing more money in therapy, try some of our educational materials.  What better way to see what we are about.  We suggest Dr. Post’s New Family Revolution, How to Heal the Attachment Challenged Angry and Defiant Child.  (read more)  It is a great introduction to Dr. Post and the work of the Post Institute.
2. Individual Coaching This services is an option at any time as you research the Post Institute and consider more intensive services.
3. Post Institute Attachment Parenting Camp Required before more intensive camps or services will be provided
4. Post Institute Advanced Attachment Parenting Camp
5. Post Institute for Family Camp This is a special multi-family intensive attachment therapy event for any family struggling with a child diagnosed as reactive attachment disorder.
6. Private Family-Intensive ( Note: we request that families interested in our most intense level of services first attend a Post Institute Attachment Parenting Camp.) This service is an intensive therapy approach with Dr. Post coming to the family home. The age range of children in the family should be 2 - 18 years old.
