A Special Note from Dr. Post:

I am so excited to offer this camp to parents across the country.  I want you to know that when I guarantee what you will experience at our Post Institute ADVANCED Attachment Parenting Camp, I do so with confidence that you will have a unique and powerful, life changing, experience.

Parenting is often described as the most difficult job you will ever have.  When you are taking on the job of raising children who have attachment issues, the job, at times, is more than difficult, and some parents even think of giving up.  Why is this?  Why is parenting such a challenging job?  Parenting demands intimacy, vulnerability, self-awareness, flexibility and a melding of emotional states of family members.  Ironically, these same demands are ones that our current culture holds in low regard.  In fact, our culture encourages attitudes which are often opposite to those required for parenting.

Traditional parenting and therapy often times provides little to no solutions for parenting children with attachment issues.  Traditional parenting and therapy are behavior focused, yet attachment issues are rooted in an emotional state.  We must develop a full understanding of the emotional state of our children and ourselves in order to bring healing.

The Post Institute for Family-Centered Therapy does not offer a quick fix.

What it does offer is a new direction in your journey.

Deadline to register for these camps is two weeks prior to event - no exceptions. 40 people maximum for Parenting Camps.

Post Institute reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum number of participants is not met.  Post Institute will make this decision 35 days prior to each event and contact each registered participant. Please review cancellation policy for more information.
