POST INSTITUTE ATTACHMENT FAMILY CAMP

Bryan, I've been amazed over the time that I've known of you and your theory of parenting how much my daughter has healed. We still have a ways to go, but typically that is in my development.  We've both healed so much emotionally. We haven't seen my daughter?s Attachment Therapist in 14 months now. I ran into her at the grocery store last week and she couldn't believe the difference in my appearance as well as my affect. What a blessing you've been to us!! God bless you, Bryan,---C.M.

This was a weekend I will never forget. It was a life-changing time of renewal and hope for my family. I acquired a new understanding of both myself and my child. The camaraderie of working and learning with other parents was especially encouraging. Two years ago my son had very poor social skills and no conscience at all! He was on the verge of being expelled from school because of his behavior. He made friends easily, but couldn't keep them. He cared only about himself. But he has come so far since our intensive. He is getting along with kids and adults so much better. And he actually cares about others. Recently, he wanted to take a class at church on sharing your faith. He has a college-age prayer partner for the class and they meet each week to pray for his friends. He decided to have a get-together so that his prayer partner could meet the friends that they pray for. I let him invite whomever he wanted over last night. I really didn't think anyone would accept his invitation and I was really worried that he would be heartbroken. Well, 8 sweaty Jr. High boys showed up - I was shocked! They were skateboarding, playing video games, eating, and listening to Christian music on a CD by his prayer partner's band! They had a blast and all of them want to go to the Jr. High youth group meeting at church with my son on Monday. This definitely wouldn't have happened two years ago before work with you.
